Base Smoothie:
1 Frozen Banana 6 Frozen Strawberries 1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder 1 Scoop Pea Protein
Toppings:
1/4 Cup Oats 1 Tbsp Almonds 2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter + your favourite fruits, berries & cinnamon
Method:
1. Blend all base smoothie ingredients in a blender till thick and smooth if too thick add water but don't add too much liquid, in this scenario less is more
2. Scoop thick smoothie base into a bowl, and add toppings
