Our Story

Mindful Mindfood began as a small mindful plant-based treats and herbal tonics catering business and market stall in Napier, New Zealand, in 2017. Over the years, it has transformed into an online holistic health and wellness sanctuary. After learning from diverse Eastern traditions across China, India, Nepal, Vietnam, and Indonesia, we now share yoga practices, sound therapy, and other wellness modalities. Mindful Mindfood is dedicated to supporting individuals worldwide through online programs that focus on holistic wellness, ensuring that vitality and confidence are cultivated from within.

We currently offer our services one on one or in small groups online.

Our Team

Meet Shardasia Schwass

- Founder and Main Guide at Mindful Mindfood

Kia Ora and Namaste! I’m Shardasia, the intuitive mind and creator behind Mind Mindfood. My journey into wellness is driven by a passion for empowering others to lead their most fulfilling lives. With over a decade of experience in Yoga, I traveled to India and Nepal in 2018 and 2019 to immerse myself in Eastern philosophies. During this, I completed a 200-Hour Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher Training, along with courses in Reiki and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy in Rishikesh, where I discovered a set of hand forged tibetan singing bowls that I now carry with me wherever I travel to share their powerful and profound healing benefits round the world.

In 2021, I furthered my practice by completing a 200-hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga Nidra, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa in New Zealand. Most recently, I pursued a Diploma in Holistic Health Science focusing on Nutrition and Naturopathy. My primary goal is to inspire and nurture mindful seeds that promote self-discovery and empowerment, creating a ripple effect for global peace and compassion for all beings.
