Date and Almond Chocolate Bites

This super simple recipe makes 20 Date and Almond Chocolate Bombs, with only 4 ingredients and in 4 steps!
(Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan)

Only 4 Ingredients!
20 Pitted Medjool Dates
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
150g Dark Chocolate (I use whittakers 62%)
50g Sliced almonds
Other needs:
Flat oven tray or large chopping board
Baking paper
4 Step Method:
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of hot water
Using a teaspoon, stuff almond butter inside the dates
1/2 dip date in chocolate then roll in sliced almonds, place on baking paper and tray.
Put in fridge allow 15 minutes to set.
