Align - A Cacao and Sound Journey

Let us gather in ceremony to re-align with our intentions for the seasons ahead. You are essential on this earth, here for a reason, a purpose much greater and you no longer need to carry what is dimming your light, this is your time to release, align and shine. This evening is intended to get you closer to aligning with your true self, we will gather and set our own unique intentions leading into a sacred ceremony to open our hearts with cacao medicine from Peru by Seleno Health to activate the journey before we embark on an inner journey into sound.

You will be guided into meditative relaxation and bathed in a range of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls of various frequencies to balance your chakras, drums, wind instruments and song by Shardasia, creating a safe space for your conciousness to be guided on your unique journey.

Shardasia Schwass is the intuitive creative behind Mindful Mindfood her passion for all things holistic wellness has led her on a path with a vision of empowering others to live their most fulfilled lives. An open and adventurous student of life and a practising student of yoga and mindfulness for 10 plus years, acquiring experiences and tools that have helped quite literally saved her life. This intuitive path she is wandering has safely guided her to India in 2018 and 2019 to attain ancient knowledge and wisdom of human consciousness found in Buddhist and Hindu philosophies along with attaining Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki and Sound Therapy certifications, further on to Indonesia to connect with her native cultural lineage receiving blessings to spread healing and wisdom. Most recently she studied a diploma in Natural Health Science in 2021 towards Naturopathy and Nutrition to deepen her understanding of holistic human well-being. With her tools and experiences combined she continues to share yogic practices, energy and sound therapy with singing bowls and a few other instruments to create open and nourishing portals all around her home land of Aotearoa.
