A Sound Journey Through the Chakras

A gentle and restorative space, to tune in, let go and recieve.

Begining with guided yogic breath work techniques to help our body shift from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest mode) into guided deep relaxation.

In this state finding calmness to allow the mind to be guided through a chakra balancing meditation enhanced by positive affirmations and the frequency and sound vibrations of seven Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowl and other instruments. 

Sound therapy has been used as a natural healing modality for centuries and the sound vibration from the instruments are said to act as a type of energy medicine resonating through energetic blockages to bring the body back to a balanced and harmonious way of being.

All you will need to bring is optional as we have these at the studio but maybe for comfort your own yoga mat, favourite blanket and cushion.

Also you may bring your crystals or special trinket to be charged up with the sound frequency.
