A Sound Journey Through the Chakras

A restorative guided meditative sound journey through the chakras with Shardasia Schwass.

A safe space to be guided into meditative relaxation with the sound and vibrations of ancient tools including  seven Tibetan singing bowls tuned to the frequency of each main chakra energy centre, crystal singing bowl, Indian drums and an Indonesian pan flute to bring relaxation, balance and clarity to the body and mind. 

Bring your mat and anything to help you get comfortable including any blankets or pillows and come journey inward with me.
