A Meditative Journey into Sound - Waiuku

A restorative space to be guided into meditative relaxation with the sound and vibrations of ancient tools including seven Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, Indonesian monochord, drone flute, a gong and more. With intention to bring forth a sense of relaxation, balance and clarity within the body, mind and spirit.
