Join me live online from anywhere in the world for a gentle morning Yoga flow class to add some mobility and mindfulness to your day.

All you will need is a yoga mat, an open mind and a quiet space on the floor with your device to view from set up in front of you.

Suitable for all ages and physical practise levels.
